Meet our Physicians, Physician’s Assistant, and Advance Nurse Practitioner


We are a group of three board-certified pediatricians who are committed to your child’s health and well being. Our physicians treat or care for newborns, infants, children and adolescents. Their clinical interests include newborn medicine and infant care; eating disorders; gastroenterology; asthma management; pediatric hematology, rheumatology and immunology; developmental pediatrics including ADHD; obesity; sports medicine, and pediatric fitness. Our Physician’s Assistants have extensive experience in pediatric emergency medicine, asthma, wound care and nephrology.

Our pediatricians are affiliated with Danbury Hospital.


Rajadevi Satchi, M.D.,

Dr. Rajadevi Satchi began her practice in pediatric and adolescent medicine in Danbury 30 years ago. Dr. Satchi is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics and holds an additional diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of England. Dr. Satchi is also a preceptor for medical students and an assistant clinical professor at New York Medical College. She is also a member of the Fairfield County Medical Society. After completing her undergraduate studies in Sri Lanka, Dr.Satchi pursued her pediatric residency at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

In addition to the practice, Dr.Satchi is the medical director for the Samaritan clinic in Danbury, CT, a clinic for uninsured patients. Additionally, Dr.Satchi is committed to international medical missions and has served underprivileged children in Nigeria, Costa Rica, India, Sri Lanka, and the United States. Dr. Satchi is committed to caring for and treating children so that they develop into healthy and happy adults.

Pushpa Mani, M.D.
Dr. Pushpa Mani joined the practice in 1992. Dr.Mani is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Pediatric Acedemy. She completed her residency in general pediatrics at Lincoln Medical Center in Bronx, New York and did her clinical fellowship at New York Medical Cornell Medical Center in New York, department of Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr.Mani attended Stanley Medical College in Chennai, India.Dr.Mani participates in the local community with Education Connections, a medical internship high school program with high school students in the greater Danbury area. Dr. Mani practices with compassion, dedication and commitment to improve the quality of life for children.
Aparna Madisetty, M.D

Dr. Aparna Madisetty is Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatrics. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine at J.J.M.Medical College, Mysore University, India.Dr. Madisetty completed her Pediatric residency in 2008 at Metropolitan Hospital, New York Medical College, NY.
After her graduation , she worked for 3 years in Internal medicine in India. She was involved in research at Yale University, New Haven and Beth Israel Deaconess Center, Boston before she joined her residency.
Dr. Madisetty believes in providing personalized pediatric care in the context of the Childcare Associates team and is dedicated to being a true patient advocate in the complex modern medical environment. She thoroughly enjoys her practice which includes caring for newborns and children through their teen years.


Meghan Huff, PA

Meghan Huff, PA-C completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame and her Physician Assistant Masters degree at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She did her clinical rotations in various hospitals, offices and clinics in northern New Jersey.  As a Physician Assistant, Meghan works closely with physicians to provide the highest quality of care.  She is passionate about helping children and their families lead healthy lives.


Linda Golterman, MSN, C-PNP, APRN, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She completed the pediatric nurse practitioner program and obtained her master’s degree from Yale University School of Nursing in New Haven, CT. Prior to coming to Childcare Associate’s Linda worked as nurse practitioner in a pediatric urgent care center in Norwalk, CT and in genetics, metabolic disorders and newborn screening at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. Linda enjoys teaching patients and their families about health, wellness and illness management and has a special interest in asthma. She is currently working on obtaining her certification as an asthma educator.

A pediatric nurse practitioner or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) has advanced education, skills, and training in caring for infants, children and teens. Pediatric nurse practitioners have a master’s degree and are board certified in pediatrics and can diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses such as upper respiratory infections, ear infections, rashes and urinary tract infections. They can perform school physicals and teach families about growth and development. Nurse practitioners can prescribe medications, order tests and procedures, and manage chronic illnesses such as asthma. They maintain a close working relationship with the pediatricians in the office, consult them as needed and provide referrals to specialists when indicated.

Nurse Leslie LPN
I was educated at the Jersey City Medical Center in 1988. Throughout my years of nursing I was fortunate to have worked in all aspects of patient care, including the Emergency Dept and the trauma center.
  • I am from New Jersey and relocated to Connecticut in 2001.
  • I have been in the field of Pediatrics for almost 15 years.
  • I have studied and worked extensively with children with behavioral issues and have been a patient advocate for them. I have also worked with teens and teen issues.
